Thanks for this 20 minute work out! I really sweat a lot. Easy but very challenging and gives me a lot sweat! Hope to introduce more dumbell cardio workouts!

Im using 25 and 35 lb Dbs. Im not a fan of saying that in the video because the weight is based on your experience and stength. If I do the workput withpit filming I'd go up in weight. But since I have to talk and lead the workout I typically lower the weights I use so I can still focus and talk.
Great stuff man! I'm wondering the last bit: 338 calories?! I hit about 120 with same heartrate haha. Either mine is off a lot, or yours is. Either way, great stuff man!
