    Thanks for the hardcore workout! It really helps having you pump me up with your "lets go" and "c'mon"s. I also love the jab, hook, and uppercut combo! Your workout is helping the meat vehicle that I am bound to achieve peak status and that is more than I can ask for!

    Great work out as always, DJ! Been out with illness about a month and this is the first HIIT I've done. I tried to keep up with you and did for the most part and will be turning 59 later this month. God bless you, bro!

    These workouts are great for me because I go to work extremely early in the morning and I never would fit in time to workout in home so this helps

    Great video however it would be nice to know the weight on the dumbbell for reference.

      Im using 25 and 35 lb Dbs. Im not a fan of saying that in the video because the weight is based on your experience and stength. If I do the workput withpit filming I'd go up in weight. But since I have to talk and lead the workout I typically lower the weights I use so I can still focus and talk.

    Great stuff man! I'm wondering the last bit: 338 calories?! I hit about 120 with same heartrate haha. Either mine is off a lot, or yours is.
