    Would you do the same thing when writing a paper about? We can't use outside sources other than the play itself.

    I have used synonyms and pronouns in my PhD proposal which I think made the piece more pleasant to read and create the flow. However, my supervisor didn't share my views. According to her, the names of the authors must be cited every time. We got into a heated argument as I know I am right as I have read many books on citation and academic writing. Your video proves my point. As for my supervisor...or should I say ex-supervisor...we'll, we parted ways on an unfriendly term. I have a new supervisor now. He's more understanding and open to hear my ideas.
