My biggest take away from solo travel was something that you touched on in your video: we are not alone. Those who take the leap to go abraod willl usually have some similar characteristics. In my case, I really value personal growth and I've met other abroad who I value this as well. Also, the infinite ROI framework that you laid out was helpful to hear out loud. That was def one of the biggest things that I kept thinking about before finally biting the bullet to leave a stable job and it was not only the money that I would be spending on travel, but also the opportunity costs (promotions, retirement/compounding interest, etc). However, I think travel is definitely priceless. I could never put a dollar amount on the memories I've made. It's just priceless.
