I am having my competition day after tomorrow. Participated for the first time not nervous but was worried about the part of the arguments. your tips seem to be helpful thank you so much 😃
Really a savior video for someone like me who dont get a proper guidance from the college on how to go on with the moot competition thank you for this !!!
Thanks a lot for this video... especially during these times when one can't approach their seniors for clearing their doubts, your video is like a one stop destination.. Big fan!
Di seriously, your words your expression of teaching are very interesting and attractive but I became confused jb aapne elbow bench pr rakhi and said that don't do like this , you are totally looking like Rashmika at that time 😊.itna same ki me khud ko ye type krne se roknhi paayi ki aap rashmika (the female actresses of south) ki tarah hi bhot cute lg rhi thi
What to do when team barely participates in making memorials or researching? I have one competition tomorrow but i was the only one actually working the whole time, be it be making memorials from both sides or researching relevant case laws. I am the speaker too nd honestly i have not prepared that well, i am so so so stressed right now. You video did helped a bit nd i will try to use all these tips tomorrow. I just hope everything goes well:(
Mam.. In moot fact mentioned IPC as APc.. While submitting issue with argument.. We should add some relevant cases right... In those cases ...what we should write.. Eg:tarak Singh v state ,the section 120 of APC Or Tara Singh v state, the section 120 of IPC. Which one is right ma'am
In citations, use the word "IPC" only as it might be mentioned in the moot problem that the laws are pari materia with those of India so you can use IPC sections. But when you write in the body of the memorial or when you speak, say "APC". Thus, don't change the case citation.
Hey esha, please do me a favour, can you give your all law subjects notes pdf, please it really helps me, also tell me about your which 5 year program you have is it bballb, or ballb
Some competition's rules bar you from doing that. Otherwise there's no such strict bar. But remember that you can give only those arguments that you have given in memorial, points under main arguments can be elaborated though.
Superb explanation.... I hope it will help me in future... I am want to join college... One more question I would like to ask you... Can I work with the lawyer while studying? Will it help for me?
I suggest you should not work full time with studies but you can visit office twice a week, do internships in holidays, just relax and don't run. There is no destination in law, don't strain yourself, enjoy the journey that'll continue forever :)

doubt- if there are points that we have not added in memorial, can we still put them in front of the court during oral round??
Some competition's rules bar you from doing that. Otherwise there's no such strict bar. But remember that you can give only those arguments that you have given in memorial, points under main arguments can be elaborated though.
3 minutes for questions? girl... judges listen salaam and start bombarding question from parallel universe
Depends on the panel you're facing.

Mam tell steps do from grade 10
Do u have the right to appear in another country court in the commonwealth or even privy council
In making memorial can we copy paste theories ideas laws. If yes how much sis.? Kindly put ur suggestions sis .. 🙏 first time m mooting
Refrain from copy pasting but when you do, do give a footnote. Laws can be written as they are. All the best!
