I have one query..in our college we have to prepare written submission from appellant and respondent side. so is it necessary that in statement of issues, appellant is affirmative in all issues and respondent is negative? e.g. 1. whether delay in FIR? appellant argues that there's no delay and respondent argues in favor of delay.
What if 2 appeals are combined . Then we will mention both the appeals on the first page ??? And if respondent of 1st appeal is appellant in the second appeal How we will decide the colour of the front page and how we will refer the respondents and appellant
