Sumit Chander ( keep eye contact )( keep sentences short - don't loose focus ) ( always pl address,the court. Not the opposite counsel )( very IMp keep personality right ..change bands ) ( always practice before.mirror or somebody close )
Your lecture is soo motivating it also helps, teaches how to control your emotions, anger, how to control your own mind first and gives the opportunity to make the opponent agreed on what have u said not just the judge.....

@@anitakundnani3978idk if you have already submitted your arguments but just wanna help you out.. check in with an advocate and ask them to write arguments for you. And you got to disclose the judgd upfront that you are presenting by yourself as not being a lawyer. This makes them more admitting towards you and just proceed with your statements backed with evidences

Sir I had given money to someone 2lakhs RTGS & 9.5lakhs cash total 1150000/- lakhs we made Aggrement & notorized opposite party is signed on it .In that notorized Aggrement witness sign is need on that? He given 4 cheques in that same day when we did Aggrement. Now that all 4 cheques are bounce I sent him legal notice through my advocate I didn't get any reply from opposite party than I lodge case against him section 138 NI Act. As I m complainant in cross examination how opposite party lawyer is asking me questions.
