This is helpful just that l wish l understood the things you spoke about in your native language. I wish English will be more since this video is of great importance to the legal world. Watching you from Ghana and thank you for this informative content. Well done
Ma'am how to express summary of pleadings ? When it comes to summary legal issues are also mentioned in the summary. So my question is how to start with summary for each issue ?
Suppose we get 15 total minutes for oral round than ....we have to present which side ...if plantiff side or defendant. ....or both side within 15 minutes...or they would provide different rounds for plantiff and defendant
There will be different rounds to present the Plaintiff and the defendant's side. If the total time is 15 min, then you'll get 15 min to present the plaintiff side and 15min for defendant side. For each round, you have to plan your time with your team mates within those 15 min.
Oral round begins with 1st speaker speaking about the issue that he/she is dealing with. And regarding how to begin with mooting, everything is explained in detail in one of the videos of the series. Do give it a watch.
Mam. In moot fact,APC instead of ipc. If we adding relevant cases.. we should write APC or IPC. Eg:Tara Singh v state...the ipc says that... Or Tara Singh v state...Apc says that... Which one should write

How to start the mooting?
and who will speak the first?

What are the standard statements required to be used? How to start?
Want a separate video for it? Let me know
@@Lawspectus yes please
Mam cam we attach the authorities as well which we have not written in memorial
No, only what's cited in the memorial
Everything is good but except sounds very slow
Will try to fix that in the upcoming videos mam. Thank you for watching.

Or
Tara Singh v state...Apc says that...
Which one should write
You'll write IPC. Because the fake names are always pari materia with the real acts.
@@Lawspectus oky ma'am. So i should write ipc right
What to say when you don't know answer??
