This works. but if you are far away from your rater just layering your rater with the metal paper clipes with will boost up your down load speed and upload speed at all most the same amount. till it maxis out if your not using Fiber Optics.

Disconnect your BSNL first, Everytime problem with internet & in their server, even though internet works for 10 days a month they promptly send bills on time, but there will no issue with billing server.
how come you tested with router and computer so close together, maybe testing with the router in the next room would be better.

This is comical. Is this a rib? The antenna on the router is resonated based on frequency and power of the radio. Adding metal to it only changes the resonated signal. He should do a ping test between his laptop and the gateway IP not to the internet. His internet speed will always change a little. lol.
