    Great info, very helpful for us. I have used most of these periodically. And some that i still take. Magnesium is good for 300 + bodily functions !!!! 🌞

      @@AMDG_-nk2dpI was taking too much mag I think I was taking three kinda the two you listed and one for brain fog too. I ran out and I think I did my self a disservice by taking so much. May I ask the mg you take of each daily? Thanks in advance!

    Thank you for all of this information, before taking any of them I will have to consult the pharmacy technician to see which one can be used with medications, etc. I also found the compression hose video very informative; I've struggled between 30-40mm many times especially if they happen to roll down and cause an even greater problem then the problem they were worn to help with.

      One of those doctors said swelling was a sign of dehydration. I don't know.

    I have tried Cruyta and red vine leaf and they both helped me tremendously

      Thats aka pycnogenol and grape 🍇 seed extract....helped me along with the butcher's broom. I think magnesium citrate helps too....🌞

    Edema can also be caused by certain medications. What do you do if you’ve been prescribed by your doctor(s) to take those meds that cause swelling?

      @@DrTomBiernacki I have. He told me that the carafate I’m taking for a prior GI bleed and drinking too much water has led to the edema. He prescribed I take Lasix.

    Curcumin and green tea are good for you, but yes, like he said in the video, they can cause iron deficiency anemia. If you are taking these and you later find out you have seemingly unexplained anemia, there is a good chance that these are what are causing your anemia.

    Some of those are serious diuretics, and not real helpful for women who are in a battle with urinary incontinency

      Which ones are most diuretic? Thanks. I just had surgery on last Tuesday to help with incontinece and right now my legs are swollen. Thanks.
