@@justonecookbook yeah i did, i don't know... maybe i'm using too much force or too less force... recently i even bought a... shape for onigiri... you know a rectangle with a small rectangle and then you press them together to make the onigiri, but whenever i fry them they fall apart.

i would love to do that once but until now i never ever got a yaki onigiri made in a way that it doesn't desintegrate by the slightest touch. :(
