  • Crankshaft, And Pistons are CAST!
    Using stock Rods as well. Sorry viewers, I made a mistake there!
    Finally finished polishing out the Crankshaft, installed the Main Bearings, And dropped the Crank in the block! Now were Ready to make a part 3 video on Bearing Clearances using PLASTIGAGE!!

    That’s my thoughts on my 306. It’s either going to run and take all the spray or it’s going to die during break in. But I’ve got pistons out of round and all sorts of good stuff.

    Nothing on a small block is torque it yield lol. I’ve built hundreds reusing the head bolts and obviously the main cap bolts 🤣🤣

      Thanks for the info man. Much appreciated! I was just always told that the bolts stretch once there torqued, therefore not to reuse them especially if there's signs of wear, damage etc. Which is why I use ARP bolts. Although the Main cap bolts on THE SBC, I reuse
