CHEVY "355" SMALL BLOCK BUILD PART 1!!

Sorry viewers, i meant to say,, CAST PISTONS,, CAST CRANK,, Stock rods!!
in this video we're building a Chevy 355 Small Block for the 78 Pontiac Lemans Gbody! Getting ready to polish the Crankshaft using 1000/2000 grit sand paper using WD40 as a lubricant, then I used Mothers Metal polish with a few cut strips of Micro fiber cloths! MAKE SURE to clean the Journals with Brakleen first!

Man I'm looking forward to this build. I jus got a roller engine with 906 heads and it will be at the shop by next month to be bored 30 over. What horsepower are you aiming for natural aspirated?

I'll be running some seal power hyperetuic pistons which I'm getting a great deal on 75 bucks brand new with rings and pins. A used crank that's in good condition for 100 and a extreme 283 cam I believe (I need to double check on that) And all other parts coming from rockauto.
