다른것보다 선풍기 날개가 깨끗해서 좋네요.
음식 식히거나 건조하는 용도로 선풍기 사용하는곳들 보면 제대로 청소를 하지 않아서 날개에 먼지가 가득한 곳들이 정말 많은데.
이곳은 기계들도 깨끗하게 관리하시는것 같아서 믿고 구매를 할 수 있을것 같아요. 국수도 더 맛있을것 같아요~

전통적으로 잘 알고 있습니다.
맨 처음에 밀가루 붓는데 기계가 깨끗해서 오히려 더 눈에 띄었어요.
That dough looks so dry I thought he was going to add more water but for it to come together through that machine is mind-boggling. Pretty cool

If one wear gloves then he work on somethins else did it count same as you didn't wear?
The point is wash your hands regulary
That's why mostly japanese didn't wear glove when they cooking.
Also the gloves are annoying when you cooks. (self experience)

부평 산지 14년이 넘었는데 부평시장을 가본 적이 없어서 이런 제면소가 있는 줄은 몰랐네요! 국수 엄청 좋아라 하는데 조만간 소면사러 가야겠어요 🍜

I am from India. I love this video. Thanks for sharing it. I have a doubt. while processing noodles, usually they steam it and then (hot air or sun ) dried it before packing. But here they skipped the both stages, just applied fan air for drying. What's the shelf life of the noodles? I would like to know it. Please reply. Thank you.
