국수건조가 생각보다 빨리되는가봐요. 국수자르는 모습이 시원시원 합니다.색깔도 고와서 선물용으로도 손색이 없겠어요.
주문해서 먹어보고싶네요. 60년 전통이있는 집이군요. 전통손국수가 계속 잘지켜 나같으면 좋겠어요.
국수 건조는 5일정도 걸려요.
제가 깜빡하고 자막을 안넣었네요..

나는 잘먹지 않지만 애들이 소면 국수를 좋아해서
여기서 보고 가끔지나는 부평시장이라 들려서 소면 한번 사봤다
평소에는 국수소면이 별다르겠어 하는 생각으로 마트에서 그냥 세일하는 공산품소면을 산다
애들이 간식으로 소면을 삶아서 애기국수나 쯔유소스에 찍어먹는걸 좋아한다
평소처럼 해줬는데 평소에 안하는 맛있다는 소리를 연신한다
먹어보니 확실히 면의 감칠맛이 다르고 질감이 매끈하다
확실한 차이가 있다고 할수 있을 정도로 더 맛이 있다
국수로 수십년 장사를 해온 장인의 솜씨다 솔직히 놀랐다

There's a storage bin underneath the table that catches those leftover noodles. I'm pretty sure they also pack that & sell at a much cheaper price as they're "factory rejects". They're usually sold in bulks
