    Carb fasting day: Once a week, once a month, etc.?

      Lose a lot of weight + fat = 4-5 days a week
      Lose a little weight + fat = 2-3 days a week (this is what I do on MWF)
      Improve Metabolic Flexibility + Maintain Weight = 1 day week

    I use whey protein although it says it has about 6g of carbs - is this similar to your protein shake?

      Make sure your protein has no fillers but YES if you keep total carb intake below 15-20 grams per day that is a good carb fasting day

    Thank you for short but very informative video. Usually experts talk for hours. Keto diet alone didn't work for me until I introduced intermittent 24 hour fasting. But the downside was that I lost muscle mass as well because of fasting

      Glad it was helpful! You can absolutely keep muscle and even gain by carb fasting a few days a week
