High protein and as healthy and clean as you can eat
All good advice. BUT we could do without the loud and distracting from the message and annoying so called music in the background. I typically immediately shutdown videos with this unneeded background noise, but I wanted to hear what he had to say. I don't understand why video producers believe that using this technique is somehow helpful in getting the message across. Rather it is distracting and annoying. That's why I gave it a thumbs down.

Why would i eat carbs to get out of the fat burning mode? Isnt it better to just cut out carbs completly for a while
that's right! alternating carb eating "periods" forces your body to start burning fat!
If you want to lose weight like me fast then drink onky water for one week or at least a banana in the morning and exercise most of the day, you might lose muscle mas but you'll be able to get it back through exercising and eating enough protein. It's June 15th and in a month exactly i am going to vacation i currently weight around 70kg and my goal is 60kg in that month, ill keep you updated each week. God bless

Carb fasting day: Once a week, once a month, etc.?
Lose a lot of weight + fat = 4-5 days a week Lose a little weight + fat = 2-3 days a week (this is what I do on MWF) Improve Metabolic Flexibility + Maintain Weight = 1 day week
Much more sustainable 😅

Thank you for short but very informative video. Usually experts talk for hours. Keto diet alone didn't work for me until I introduced intermittent 24 hour fasting. But the downside was that I lost muscle mass as well because of fasting

I use whey protein although it says it has about 6g of carbs - is this similar to your protein shake?
Make sure your protein has no fillers but YES if you keep total carb intake below 15-20 grams per day that is a good carb fasting day

Great question! Real whole food works best for me. Definitely NO sugar and NO fried foods, these are killers. Fats really help the brain process thought and for me I make sure that what I am eating has some high qualty fat in it. I plan on recording a video where I talk about this in detail

H40 has really truly brought purpose and commitment to my each day. And as a result of that......I truly feel physically better. We have always eaten fairly well long before this program but I can't believe how much better my feeling actually is because of this proogram.... I guess the intentionally of the program contributes to the mind and physicality both!!!?? Thanks again guys.
