You're not disturbing me m8 :) At 5'3, 97 lbs, you're a bit on the underweight side. The best thing would be to focus on nutritious items (your body is more inclined to absorb and store these). That will be your complex carbs and healthy fats, as well as protein (both powder and from meat). Smoothies with PB help a lot in my experience. Btw I've never heard of a condition where you can lose 4 inches due to stretching. Could there be a health issue that caused it?

12-15% bf is a good range for growth, health mainly comes from good habits (sleep, exercise) and your diet. Clean those up, and you'll be good. Btw, if you do go on a cut, max 500 cal defecit, take it slow to preserve muscle.

If I be on 22% bf I'll have high estrogen that'll lead my growth plate to close earlier and if I go for cut it'll probably affect me a lot because I have to eat under 1500 calories to be in a deficit of atleast 300 isn't that more harming than the estrogen ? And I have heard that to trigger a growth spurt in ideal way you should sleep, exercise and eat in a surplus. Morning : 20 to 25 minutes streching and meditation. Night before bed : Skkiping jump rope 200×7= 1400 Masai jumps = 50×12=600 Streching shin by 2kg ankle wt each leg for 60 to70 min.
@@VokarouVokarou i strech my shin with ankle wts, currently m using 2kg each leg, from nxt month i m going to use 3 kg each leg, i will increase wts gradually up to 8.5kg each leg, and move further with 2000 jump ropes and 1000 masai jumps. That's my limits for this workout. Skipping jump rope = 2000 Masai jumps = 1000 Streching shin with ankle wts = 2kg each leg (initially) = 8.5kg each leg (last load )

But the big lifts even weighted pulls up, dips, and most importantly squats and deadlifts as they are direct leg training are still okay to do so long as you are not failing within 3 reps, right?

I hit puberty at 12.I grew to 5,5 when i was 14 and i only grew an inch in the last year and half.I weigh 57kg .Im not caucasian but the khamis roche method said id be 5,10 by the time im done growing,now it only says 5,8.I sleep for 8 hours a day and ive been playing football since i was 7. i guess i cannot guarantee that anything is safe/unsafe. It depends on how you do it, whether your have any existing ortho issues, and age. Overall, it's safe and will work given enough time
General question, will lifting heavy weights consistently (example trap shrugs, overheard press) cause you to lose any cm? Been trying all of this and more but am scared to hinder progress with certain movements.
This is a tough one. If you stretch your muscles and decompress the spine, you should be fine. But go too heavy (1-3 rep range) and that's where the danger lies. However, you do need muscular support to help your bones grow, so it is a double-edged sword.

I’ve been sticking to my regular workout routine (2-3 days a week) but I have also been doing 20 minutes of cycling, micro-fracture techniques and bar hangs/inversion table all right before bed. I started pairing this with banded sleep about a week ago and have been consistent on all of this for almost 2 weeks now. I am 21 years old almost 22 and I am really hoping that all of this will work in conjunction with one another. I was born with growth deficiency unfortunately and have never been able to get above 5’-5” 1/4 (morning height). I did notice that I have “grown” about 3/8” of an inch from June-September of this year but I don’t know if this was natural or just happened to come from better posture or something else. My goal height is 5’-8” but I would be more than happy with any results regardless of how minimal/grand they may be. If you want I can continue to update you on my progress that way you can use it as proof one day, I’ve been planning on measuring myself every 4 months to see if any results are gained. As I have gotten older I have come to terms with my height but my main ambition for starting this comes from 2 reasons. 1. Being that I am trying to undo my own genetic limitations and seeing if I can correct what my growth deficiency spited me with. 2. Is a desire for change and to “be better” for myself and those around me. I want to prove to myself and others that a lot of things we think are impossible or improbable are more attainable than what we think. Just think about how as a species we have put people on the moon, cloned animals and cured illnesses. If all of that is possible I find it hard to believe that increasing height isn’t. I think you should start doing banded sleeping, doing it now and starting it at 18 years old has no difference, so you should do it early, you can check your growth plates and see if they're closed

If you have liver issues or high cholesterol, you shouldn't take it. Otherwise, it should be safe. That said, you should do your research and get a 2nd opinion

I wouldn't use ankle weights, but if they're all you have, they're better than nothing. It's all about tension, and area of influence (shins, vs entire body being stretched).
That initial phase will be mostly postural, and little bit in the spine. Bone is very hard to remodel. I haven't gotten past that "initial growth phase" yet.

Xrays are the best way to tell (GP closure), but on avg puberty ends 17/18 ish for boys. Keep in mind that it's a bell curve, so some will close at 15, others 21+
I have a vid for this, it goes much more in depth that my comment can. The main things will be optimizing your sleep, HIIT, increasing body temp, and eating the right foods.
Depends on whether you're cutting or not. Full fat if you want to gain or maintain, low for cutting. The fat doesn't make too much of a difference since the sugar and nutrients are what will impact your hormones the most.

Where I am from South Asia, here the average income is 2000$. You could say poverty. Here almost all the fat late teenagers I notice are all 5'8 -5'10ish. BTW, The average height here is 5'6. Thats just a theory. I think that early growth plate closure is true but its effect might be minimal.

And if you can atleast tolerate that (ik u'll be not in your best mood that can be achievable) you should eat In a very slight surplus(100-200)because as you have reduced your fat from 'starving' you have also reduced the overall muscle in your body
And the plus point is that you are only 14 and can make a huge change if you consider incorporating some activities and mindfulness I'm your day to day lifee
I would only say think about "longevity" You can absolutely cut when you are 18-20-22 and look attractive in a majestic height

Skkiping jump rope 200×7= 1400
Masai jumps = 50×12=600
Streching shin by 2kg ankle wt each leg for 60 to70 min.

@@VokarouVokarou i strech my shin with ankle wts, currently m using 2kg each leg, from nxt month i m going to use 3 kg each leg, i will increase wts gradually up to 8.5kg each leg, and move further with 2000 jump ropes and 1000 masai jumps. That's my limits for this workout.
Skipping jump rope = 2000
Masai jumps = 1000
Streching shin with ankle wts = 2kg each leg (initially)
= 8.5kg each leg (last load )

General question, will lifting heavy weights consistently (example trap shrugs, overheard press) cause you to lose any cm? Been trying all of this and more but am scared to hinder progress with certain movements.
This is a tough one. If you stretch your muscles and decompress the spine, you should be fine. But go too heavy (1-3 rep range) and that's where the danger lies. However, you do need muscular support to help your bones grow, so it is a double-edged sword.

I’ve been sticking to my regular workout routine (2-3 days a week) but I have also been doing 20 minutes of cycling, micro-fracture techniques and bar hangs/inversion table all right before bed. I started pairing this with banded sleep about a week ago and have been consistent on all of this for almost 2 weeks now. I am 21 years old almost 22 and I am really hoping that all of this will work in conjunction with one another. I was born with growth deficiency unfortunately and have never been able to get above 5’-5” 1/4 (morning height). I did notice that I have “grown” about 3/8” of an inch from June-September of this year but I don’t know if this was natural or just happened to come from better posture or something else. My goal height is 5’-8” but I would be more than happy with any results regardless of how minimal/grand they may be. If you want I can continue to update you on my progress that way you can use it as proof one day, I’ve been planning on measuring myself every 4 months to see if any results are gained. As I have gotten older I have come to terms with my height but my main ambition for starting this comes from 2 reasons. 1. Being that I am trying to undo my own genetic limitations and seeing if I can correct what my growth deficiency spited me with. 2. Is a desire for change and to “be better” for myself and those around me. I want to prove to myself and others that a lot of things we think are impossible or improbable are more attainable than what we think. Just think about how as a species we have put people on the moon, cloned animals and cured illnesses. If all of that is possible I find it hard to believe that increasing height isn’t. Sorry for rambling, I really appreciate your videos and you taking time to respond to me. I think you should start doing banded sleeping, doing it now and starting it at 18 years old has no difference, so you should do it early, you can check your growth plates and see if they're closed
There are no harm unless you do it wrong, so check all the informations from banded sleeping and how you can optimize the results and start doing it

I wouldn't use ankle weights, but if they're all you have, they're better than nothing. It's all about tension, and area of influence (shins, vs entire body being stretched).
I did heightmaxxing stuff and within a month grew .7 of an inch. Almost months later and nothing. Have you grown at all past the initial growth phase?
That initial phase will be mostly postural, and little bit in the spine. Bone is very hard to remodel. I haven't gotten past that "initial growth phase" yet.

Xrays are the best way to tell (GP closure), but on avg puberty ends 17/18 ish for boys. Keep in mind that it's a bell curve, so some will close at 15, others 21+

Depends on whether you're cutting or not. Full fat if you want to gain or maintain, low for cutting. The fat doesn't make too much of a difference since the sugar and nutrients are what will impact your hormones the most.
