Thank you so much for posting your videos, I made this tonight & they are so light & fluffy & I would of never even thought about making them but you make it all seen so simple....Thank you & please keep posting ❤️
I'm coeliac so converting recipes to gluten free is always dodgy and the results can be pretty dire. However, I made these gluten free today and they turned out spectacular! No-one knew they were gluten free, they are the lightest, fluffiest puddings ever. Thank you
They look yummy, what molds are you using? Just tried to make a big one but it hadn’t cooked inside😮 tried steam and bake at 180 for 20mins, total fail. Think I’ll try small ones 😊
Which puddings did you prefer? The steam baked ones or the pressure cooked ones on your other video? I've got an Instant Pot and trying to decide which cooking method would be best.
Thank you, let me go and make the pudding 👍

Did you just change the flour
@@ollysmith7353 Yes, I use Juvela and add Xanthan gum (usually 1/4 tsp per 150g flour)

@@inthekitchenwithpenn1 thank you
@@ollysmith7353 you're welcome
you should break your eggs into a seperate cup incase you have a bad egg
In 50 years I've only ever had 2 bad eggs 1 of which was boiled so no way of telling before cooking .
If the egg was bad I'd just gave to start again
