quite surprised an exciter wasnt added to that.. something i personally use for mastering final work.

It’s got the THD but at a really odd place in the chain. And unmovable as well as full spectrum. I use multi and exciters as I almost always don’t want to cook the tops or lows 🤷‍♂️

I was loving your demo and explanation but your sound effects hurt my ears! Got less than halfway thru. Ouch!🤕 Love the track used in the demo though.

Good explanation... BUT... some rectifications:
• bx_Stereomaker is intended to give stereo dimension to... MONO tracks !!! it's not a spreader for already stereo tracks! Read the manual! So the stereo width button that we can find in so many BX plugins do not exactly the same as bx_Stereomaker, which is meant to be used in a 1in/2outs mode.
• The Tone section of the plugin: pots go from -30 to +30, and relate a -/+ 3 dB cut/boost! Read the manual ! ;)

So the condescending "Read the manual" makes you sound like a twat, 3db increments is still a really odd choice on a mastering tool.
If i referenced stereomaker and not bx_control, then well confusing names win the day, thing is the point is still completely valid 👌
BUT.....there we go.
