    Very good work, but maybe is to much silicon ? Does it risks adhesion of head with cylinder block ?

    Whats that black silicone or glue that you use on the gasket?? please answer

    • @AjusaAutomotive
      @AjusaAutomotive  8 лет назад

      +ptsoldier This product is our silicone sealant named AJUSIL. This product is applied as a gasket in some parts of the engine where the repair manual indicates. This sealant is also applied in some critical areas of the engine as in this case in the intersection of the CHG and de timing gasket, always according to the repair manual instructions. You can read more about that product and its applications on our website www.ajusa.es.

    ¿Cómo se llama esa herramienta con la que mides la distorsión del block y la culata?

    • @AjusaAutomotive
      @AjusaAutomotive  9 лет назад

      +cotelo Hola y bienvenido a nuestro canal de videos!.Para verificar la planitud del plano del bloque y de la culata utilizamos dos herramientas, la "regla de precisión para medir planitud", y por otro la "galga de espesores" con láminas metálicas de diferentes espesores.
      Muchas gracias por tu comentario y esperamos que sigas visitándonos.

    It is rule when i replace the gasket to replace also the bolts?

    • @AjusaAutomotive
      @AjusaAutomotive  7 лет назад +1

      If the tightening process includes angular sequence, it is necessary to replace the cylinder head bolt. It is because in this angular sequence the bolts be deformed and stretched. If the tightening process includes only torque sequence, you could reuse the old cylinder head bolts if these are in good conditions.

    • @AjusaAutomotive
      @AjusaAutomotive  8 лет назад

      +mark richardson Yes, this is copper grease. It is applied on the thread and under the bolt head to reduce the friction coefficient and to improve the tighten.
