A 12-year-old boy was shot on Jay Street NE, in the same neighborhood where a man was killed and another was injured over the weekend. News4's Paul Wagner reports.

This is not normal. The us is significantly more dangerous than pretty much every developed country. DC last year was top 5 and even top 1 in various crime stats. You should listen to this lady and hear what this bullshit really does to communities. There are even killings in middle class suburbs and work condos. It needs to end
