How do you get 3 years for robbery and murder
I believe he was considered the get away driver not the actual person that killed him. The penalty is still too lenient.
He took a plea deal. In other words he was the only one positively identified. They could not prove that he shot the man bc he didn’t which means that he would walk. The plea deal would have been a lesser charge in exchange for info on the actual killer. So you give us the killer and we will reduce your crime as the driver. They had nothing without his confession. Everyone would have walked
