- An Ohio man was charged after a child shot a gun inside his home in a chilling incident that was caught on video. MORE: abc7.com/ohio-child-shoots-gu...
The adult handles a gun as badly as his toddler.
Looks like that thing had a hairpin trigger the way it was just poppin off whenever someone picked it up!
Actually worse than his toddlers. They at least knew to leave the gun when they discharged it.
as his todger?
Like Father like Son.
*10 days in jail and two years of probation*
'Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein’s office said the bullet nearly struck the child, burning the child and causing short-term hearing loss. Another child was in the room.
In what was the first test of the city’s new safe storage law for firearms, Klein announced Tuesday that the boy's father, 28-year-old Matthew Rivas, pleaded guilty April 4 to two counts of negligent storage of a firearm and one count of child endangerment.
Franklin County Municipal Court Judge Jarrod B. Skinner sentenced Rivas to 10 days in jail and two years of probation. If Rivas does not successfully complete his probation, he will face 170 days in jail. Skinner also ordered Rivas to pay a $150 fine and ordered the firearm from the incident to be destroyed.'

So much is wrong with this video. The fact that the firearm was left in the most negligent place of all time, the fact that the parents were immediately ready to scream at the kids for setting off a firearm that was left there, then the fact that the father who attempted to pick it up had a negligent discharge as well. Absolute fuckery.
Even the dog can't believe it!
The dog was upset because was made to live in that MESS...
Absolute fuckery is right!
They are just practicing their comedy skits
Well said

The gun might've learned from AR-15's how to shoot by themselves, perhaps. All you hear about in the media is how they are a problem and not the people using them. 😉
And then dad doesn't even know how to pick up a gun safely. This is a major problem with some gun owners. Being a 2nd amendment advocate, I believe all gun owners should have extensive gun handling training.
