This hits home.. I'm currently going through TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) its supposed to help cure anxiety and depression, and it was a WHIRLWIND at first, alot of fear and anxiety due to miscommunication, but now I'm almost done with treatment and I can't help but wonder if it really is going to help me, or if it's just going to be another placebo effect...
wow...It's the first time I heard about that treatment, I really wish It works for you
@@Isabelerololelalé I have the same issue with meds not working, I went misdiagnosed for a decade and even when I was rediagnosed out of the many many medications I tried, only 1 worked for me and it's bad for me in the long run. So TMS is supposedly good for people who have a problem with meds not working. I've only got a few weeks left. I haven't noticed a major change just little things, but I've also been trying to push myself out of my comfort zone. Thankyou, I hope you find what helps you, I know dealing with this is not easy.

yeule's style is just insane; for me, they're just the perfect artist.
Each new song finds a new way to hit uncomfortably close to home for me - but at the same time helping me so much, because it feels like you manage to put the ravaging storm of emotions into words I could never express on my own. This is pure artistic therapy.
This song reminded me so much of my adolescence. Looking for love everywhere. I was abused so horribly and sometimes I still look for that company. But not that I’m an adult and have autonomy and am happier now, everything is getting better.
Some people never break that cycle. You're amazing for recognising the patterns and negating them. Though it leaves you with deep wounds you are all the wiser for it.

I can really feel this as a person who has ocd always looking for reassurance, and the constant voices on my head telling my terrible stuff
I have ocd and ASD. It’s really hard to make an agreement with myself. Recently I’ve felt stuck with the same thought and I have to distract myself a lot of the time to just escape it.
