- Hey what's up? In this video I discuss a recent purchase I made off of a buddy of mine from High School. I go through all the toys and accessories and discuss the figures I was looking forward to the most!
I really hope Super7 gives us some of the crazy mutants. They’re absolutely amazing. Particularly Monty Moose, King Lionheart, and Panda Khan.
I want them all too! I wish they’d make Ultimates of every mutant from back in the day. I’d love a giant Dirtbag and Groundchuck.
Gary! Trick or Treat Studios just showed off their line of Toxic Crusaders figures at the 2023 New York Toy Fair. It all looks fantastic! They are working with Varner Studios, who gave them scans of everything they were working on up until the line was canceled. Steve Varner's daughter is also closely with the new line. They tweaked Toxie just a bit, but he'll fit in perfectly with the original Playmates line, and just $20 bucks. They also showed off the never released Yvonne and Mayor Grody. For me this was the most exciting thing announced at this year's Toy Fair.

Thanks! Those look amazing. I’m gonna pick all of them up. I need to get Toxie too. I wish Varner would work with somebody to make new TMNT mutants. I’ve been saying it for years, but I’d love to see old school versions of Jagwar, Dreadmon, Bellybomb, Sarnoth, heck Tora from the Nes arcade game!
I agree with you 💯 on wanting new and unproduced vintage tmnt mutants. There are some great customizers out there, but their rates (while deserving) are too pricey for my wallet.
@@joeesoko yeah, I like some of the customs I’ve seen, but in my head I always think they don’t count. Even when they’re better than the official figures. It’s a hang up I have.

I just came across the recent April, Mondo Gecko, and Ray Filet reissues today! Just hoping they do Casey and Slash, but nothing beats the original figures. Great haul and glad you were able to finish your ‘92 collection! Also, those posters are awesome!
Thanks! I was really happy to find those posters. During the 25th anniversary I remember they made reissues of Slash so hopefully they’ll make him again. Even though some of the figures have problems, the price point on the reissues is fantastic.
@@razrentals8897 price point on the reissues is hard to pass up, flaws aside. I feel like if they put out a higher quality reissue and bumped the price up a bit, people would be ok with it. That said, I do wonder how deep into the line these reissues will go.

monty moose came with the most legit weapons… a 6 shot pistol! The Peacemaker did not come with his gun and his character used a gun, Monty Moose wielding a .44 magnum against shredder and the foot? I don’t care how good your ninja skills are a .44 will put a hole in the front and a barn door through your back!

What I wanna know is how did this dude have all those accessories still?! They’re over 30 years old, how is that even possible?
He had them all in either a tool box of big tackle box since the 90s or so. Like a time capsule waiting to be open again someday. It’s amazing what you find sometimes. I think way back in my original playmates storage shell review I discussed a pick up where I bought someone locals childhood toy collection. It was every Tmnt figure from 1988-1990, some 91 in mint condition with all of their accessories. He never really played with his toys. I destroyed my toys as a kid and practically nothing was left from before middle school. But at least I had a lot of good times with them!
@@razrentals8897 yeah that was in the back of my mind too, that he must’ve not been playing with them much. I lose and misplace accessories even as recent as a couple days ago(it was regular glasses on a Jim cornette)
@@andrewgiannetto2500 jeez! I lost one of my Ultimates Foot Soldiers hands not long after I got him. I tore apart my room and even at some point moved everything to a different room, but still never found it. Luckily I have 3 other foot soldiers.

Thank you! That’s awesome that you do that. My buddy went to some kind of Troma showing at the Mahoning Drive In a few months ago, but I couldn’t find his pictures to see if you took a shot with him. I don’t remember if it was the Toxic Avenger or something like Class of Nuke em High. I looked you up, the suit you wear looks great from what I’ve seen. That must be a lot of fun. I’m trying to put together a full collection of TC figures, but I still haven’t completed a single one. As soon as I get something good together I’ll post more. I’m really looking forward to the trick or treat Toxie that’s coming out. I’ll do a deep comparison review of that with the original. I was able to pick up a Toxie this week that I thought had all the pieces I needed, but I just realized it doesn’t have the flag sticker on the mop. It’s not an easy line to put together haha.
