I also notice this but I assumed it was 2 sc INV Dec because that's what we ended on with the shell before we sc all around twice. Most patterns repeat themselves lol when decreasing.
Great tutorial. The only request I have is to leave the directions up longer until done with the row. They was flashed so fast, it was hard to catch them.
Go to settings and slow it down. You could even take time to write the directions on a piece of paper then just refer to the video when needed. Great little quick to do pattern. Maybe a bit more than 1 hour to do if a beginner, but still great.
This is fun to make. I had to rewatch the leg (I mean fin)❤ part a few times but on slow motion I was able to get it to work. Thank you for all the details here and on your website. I will be making more of these so that it becomes something I can make in under an hour!!!
I guess I have to find out how to do the invisible decrease somewhere else. There's no details on website and I can't even see how it was done here because she goes through it way too fast!
you skipped row 11! really took me a couple paybacks to figure out it was you and not me! For others information, I figured it out myself SC 2 inv Dec 1 repeat.
For this particular pattern, you will slip stitch to close your HDC magic circle and then chain 1. You'll HDC 2 in the SAME stitch where you slip stitched and that counts as an increase. Then HDC 2 in each stitch around and slip stitch to close again. The full written tutorial is here: www.thefriendlyredfox.com/no-sew-crochet-turtle-amigurumi-plush/
This is a sweet looking turtle. I am having some trouble though. I paid $6 for the pattern and I'm still having to follow the video for attaching the limbs. This isn't a 1 hour project and it definitely isn't no sew.
It was hard to understand if I had to do rows 5-7 in just front stiches or not. I know it said round 8 on screen, but it fashed so quick. And you didn't take s pause so I thought you were just describing how to do rows 5-7.
No you just sc the rows 5 to 7. Then you do the front loops only of row eight. Watch out for the row 11 she missed telling us that one. But it is (SC 2, inv Dec) *8 (24)
Not beginner friendly.. love the pattern and I hope to be able to complete it one day, but even at .25x speed, I can't make it past 18 seconds into this video :(
As most people said, the instructions flashed by so fast! I would also love it if you wrote them as they are usually written. For example (sc, inc) rather than sc in first, sc inc next. (Or however you worded it)
Please don't refer the written pattern for this turtle, there is so much confusion and many wrong instructions. She has forgot to mention the stuffing part. Also she wrote in the pattern that we have to weave the ends on the head and close it of but while attaching we can see that she has not done that. Just watch the video guys thats all. Otherwise great pattern!
There's wasn't a Row 11, but I figured it out it's (sc2, inv Dec) *8 (24) and I'm loving it, so gorgeous, fast and easy ❤❤❤❤ thank you so much
thank you
thank you so much!
Tyyyy
I would have been lost without this comment. Thank you so much for saving my turtle
I also notice this but I assumed it was 2 sc INV Dec because that's what we ended on with the shell before we sc all around twice. Most patterns repeat themselves lol when decreasing.
Beautiful and easy thank you for sharing your talent . Like the way you attached the pieces🎉
I’m going to try this Instructions are good and love the written out pattern to follow along with video. Love how you attach the pieces. Thank you!
I just made this with size 10 crochet thread and a 1.5mm hook, and it's so tiny I'm obsessed 😍It came out 2" long. Perfect little desk buddy
Great tutorial. The only request I have is to leave the directions up longer until done with the row. They was flashed so fast, it was hard to catch them.
Agreed!
Double that, I also agree!
As soon as she "flashes" it, I take a quick snapshot or write it down real quick while on pause. 👍🏾
@@scallywagsmith127 I try to do the same but when watching tv, sometimes it’s too quick or pausing puts things over the words.
Use the gear in settings to slow the video speed down.
I just finished this tonight and it was so easy and so fast to do.
Turned out so cute. Thank you. I too figured out row 11 & then saw someone posted after I completed.🤪
Thank you very much for the no sew turtle pattern on your website and this supplemental tutorial. These were easy to make and so very cute!! 💗💗💗

What a brilliant method, thank you for sharing 😊
Thank you!!
Wow! The easiest I've ever done! (Turtle) thank you.😀
Thank you for your pattern, I've made my lovely turtle.
By the way, I added some rows for the head and the shell😊.
my go to turtle pattern and i make a lot of them so thank you
Great video. Perfect with the free pattern on your site. Thank you!
Too cute 🥰
I made one based on your pattern. Sooo cute
I got lost when making the hands, but now I know what they should look like
Super 🎉 I have it❤🎉🎉🎉 It is very cute, my children love it
It's so cute 😍
I've just made one out of size 10 cotton and a 1.25mm hook. The shell is the size of a 2p piece.
May I suggest that you say how many stiches in each round . Not just HDC increase in each around that can be confusing for beginners
Thanks for the feedback! I do give a full stitch count on the written pattern as well if you'd like to reference back :)
Thank you very much for this tutorial!
Super cute!!
Friendly Red Fox. Could you amend this and add the row 11? That would be fantastic.
THANK YOU i've been working on a turtle that was in more pieces and i was like how do you attach them to look nice
On round 3 on the fins, it said Hdc in the next 5 stitches even if you had Hdc in the next 6 stitches instead of 5
So cute ❣️

Thank you!
Thank you. There seems to more rows missing at the end.
What weight is the chenille yarn?
How do you conect your other collor?
Instead of finishing your last st with the shell colour instead finish it with the body colour. Then tie a knot to secure😊
How would we add a tail?
You can make a lil tail and sew it on
I get confused on how to increase with a hdc after completing your magic circle. Can you explain it more for me please?
For this particular pattern, you will slip stitch to close your HDC magic circle and then chain 1. You'll HDC 2 in the SAME stitch where you slip stitched and that counts as an increase. Then HDC 2 in each stitch around and slip stitch to close again. The full written tutorial is here: www.thefriendlyredfox.com/no-sew-crochet-turtle-amigurumi-plush/
I think there was a couple of decrease rows skipped at the end.
Are you doing yarn under or over
How do you start the new color? Is the finally SC in row 7 with the new color ?
I mean ending row 8
I hope that I am asking this correctly. LOL! I am new to amigurumi. Anywho... What is your favorite plush yarn to work with?
What size US crochet hook? 4.5 is right between a G and an H.
This is a sweet looking turtle. I am having some trouble though. I paid $6 for the pattern and I'm still having to follow the video for attaching the limbs. This isn't a 1 hour project and it definitely isn't no sew.
Thank you 😊
I always get confused on this round regardless of how many turtles I make. Thanks goodness, I can view the video when I reach this round.
Is there a slow motion version? 😫
You can slow it down in the video settings :)
Yeah it’s a great pattern but it was super fast
You can slow the video down.

Can i sell this
You can sell finished products made from this pattern, as long as you give me credit for the design.
@@thefriendlyredfox6001bro this is a steal why would we give you credit just because we followed your tutorial don’t mean we give you credit
That was so hard to get! Too fast, not complete, and definitely not no sew. Not sure if i can figure it out 😮
As most people said, the instructions flashed by so fast! I would also love it if you wrote them as they are usually written. For example (sc, inc) rather than sc in first, sc inc next. (Or however you worded it)
No tail?????

Nice tutorial but went a little too fast for me.
Is there a written pattern . If so, how can I find it?
Who can follow you if you crochet like a machine
You must be a beginner if you are finding it hard :)
You can change the playback speed.
Slow the video down.
Way to fast
You can slow it down. And she doesn't say this is a beginner tutorial.
Its a no sew. But begins with the head needing to be fastened off. Weird 🎉
I think they meant sewing the limbs on but I thought the same thing
They connect it with slip stitches later in the video.
I can’t sew the last hole 🥴
I don’t have a needle
@@shakirakavell9422 I do it with a smaller hook. That almost always works
Did you watch the video? She slip stitches it on.
You don't explain correctly step by step
It’s for advanced it’s pretty easy for me
