  • A class designed to work the whole body, which will include both aerobic and strengthening exercises.
    A round of 6 exercises to be performed for 20-30 seconds each depending on fitness level.
    A full Circuit to be repeated 3 times, with plenty of breaks included.
    Equipment: Dumbbells (Optional), Mat & Step
