Okay this sounds silly but watching this for the first time. At the beginning when Sofie wrote letters and one for Grandma, I assumed it was for her mum as I thought she was already pregnant and assumed her mum as grandma!! I only realised at the end of the film it was her actual Grandma the letter was meant for.
