  • Sit in the back seat with me as I fly from Page, Arizona (KPGA) to my home base of Scottsdale, Arizona (KSDL). This flight was incredible, and it was one of the best I've ever been a part of. Me and my instructor Alex flew up to Page to get someone, and then bring them back home. I flew in the left seat on the way up there but I didn't film any of that leg. It took us 10 tries and almost 15 minutes to start the airplane again, so I didn't film that either. The flight up there was about 1.6 hours and the flight back was 1.8 hours. I had around 40 minutes of footage, so this is very condensed. This was the first time I had flown over the Grand Canyon or flown through clouds in a light GA airplane. This was my first flight in a Cirrus SR-22T as well. The airplane was being rented from Scottsdale Executive Flight Training. It is a 2012 Cirrus SR-22T (N877AG). We were haulin' at 215 mph on the way up to Page, but we burned a total of 30 gallons! I'm used to flying Cessna 172s so this airplane is insanely fast and difficult to keep up with. I didn't record audio because I didn't have consent from the guy we flew back with. He had never flown an SR-22 either so the landing was a bit rough. His door was also cracked open the whole flight, so that's why there's a whistle. I hope you enjoyed the video! Please like and subscribe to see more of my videos.
