This was perfect my man. Thank you! Yes I believe it’s the OEM rear muffler. The Escalade rear muffler I got from a owner looks VERY similar so it could be OEM. Yes you have all 3 of your cats and then it’s the main muffler delete to the rear OEM muffler pretty much. I plan on going very similar with my Yukon and removing the spare and throwing a platinum rear bumper cover on. Thank you for this. I’ll be posting up my video before and afters this spring. I may throw a flowmaster big block on with the rear Escalade muffler. After I went out to look at my rear muffler from an Escalade Platinum dual exhaust your rear muffler looks slightly wider longer. There could have been a 3 inch in downsized and dual out chamber muffler thrown on there and I REALLY wish there was some product or item number stamped on that bad boy. Yours sounds great man.
I know it’s a lot to ask but some time when you have free time can you measure the width and length of that rear muffler on there? I’ll see if it’s the same as the OEM one I got off the Platinum.
@@scgbtravis7180 so from directly behind the rear of the suv. With width is 15 inches and the length or depth I guess is about 10 inches. I can’t wait you see your Denali, those headlight are beautiful btw! Also I saw your other comment about the centre console. I bought the centre console from a smashed 2007 Escalade and built an MDF box and incorporated it in. Then I wrapped it in leatherette. It’s just sitting on my floor as of now cause I don’t want to drill in to mount it. It moves every once and a while, so I will mount in to the seat supports eventually incase of an accident. I don’t want it flying around.
Yo! Brother to this day I still really appreciate this video. I am actually going to be doing a very similar video in the spring when I do my Yukon exhaust. It’s going to be the Escalade platinum rear cover and Escalade dual exhaust resonator on my Yukon. I’m doing a Borla XR1 muffler though instead of straight pipe. I’ll mention you in mine if that’s cool.
Do you think it’ll be too loud if I remove both mufflers? I live in Vegas, they don’t care about exhaust noise. I like the way yours sounds, but I wouldn’t mind a little louder / more rumble.
The center console you are talking about is the the OEM center console or something created to fit in between the captains chairs? I just bought the rear center console for the rear captains chairs on ebay but there are some people are saying I’m Missing the bottom mounting bracket that is supposed to attach to the captains chairs. Please show video of yours if it is OEM. Thanks man.
Only a little bit mostly when it decides to go into a rougher idle periodically. I had removed my original carpet floor mats so my weather techs would sit nicer. However the floor was shaking a lot. Putting the carpet mats back in under the weather techs reduced the interior noise a bit and got rid of most of the floor vibrations.
😂 hypothetically GM limited them all due to the speed rating of the tires. It’s a simple tune to remove it, just be careful these caddy’s are heavy and tire sidewalls don’t take kindly to that much weight moving at high speed.
Yes, you need the headlights, full front bumper, and both the upper and lower grille. The bumper is required cause the grilles are different sizes. The hood is also different but it’s not very noticeable.
Just recently got a 2013 Premium Edition Escalade myself and found your videos! Keep'em coming 👍 been thinking of what mods/upgrades I might do

Ok thanks did my to and they vibrate a little..but mine is a beast now totally worth it
I would like to see what you did to your wheels a little more in depth
Let’s say hypothetically, my Escalade tops out at 106mph before it tops off, does yours do the same?

can i do rhis platinum front end to my 08 escalade?
Yes, the 2007-2014 is interchangeable with parts
