How many miles is too many to buy used with one of these 6.2s
So some Escalade come from the factory with rear wheel drive only
Why so hard to find a rwd? Is the awd slower? I see people converting the awd to rear wheel, why?
friend I am looking for help and advice, I have a 2009 6.2L scalade, I have the high air flow filter on like the one you put on and I feel that the car takes too long to lift, I have to make some adjustments, where can I adjust that, Another thing is that it gave me 9.9MPG and now the engine repaired it again and it gives me 9.3MPG, it seems impossible to me, it seems to me that it is because of the filter that does not have the correct mixture, it runs very hard but it lacks output. I looked at 1 just like this the other day but it needed more work then i wanted to do..ended up with a nice ESV that a older couple had!!!
I have no cats with stock muffler..sounds pretty good..
What brake setup did you get
I have the same one but don’t spin the wheels like that I just rebuilt the transmission and did a tune but still can’t smoke those tires
How did that muffler hold up? I have a borla now but the guy before me didn’t use stainless so the welds are junk, wanted to try this muffler out short term
Grille? What did you use to attach the emblem?
Didn't get the pic final product of the Tahoe like the in and out of the die and everything lol but great job

Thanks! Yeah im sure they could be. I personally don't for a fact but maybe they have some brackets online. Sure someone has done it by now
They sell Brackets to fit ZR1 front calipers but the best bang for your buck is the 21' 4 piston brake upgrade from a high country or 5th gen escalade. I did it and all you have to do is make sure the caliper is center on the rotor. I used 4 washers from home depot (2 for the top bolt, 2 for the bottom) Im a couple months in and so far its the best upgrade Ive done to my escalade.
Where did you find that black mesh grille??? The only ones I can find claim they only fit EXT models.....

Why is it a 2wd if you don't mind me asking don't they come 4wd? Why would you want to make it a 2wd? Is it for burnouts simply? Bc would you want the AWD bc it would launch harder? Help me out with this I really don't know.
They come in AWD and RWD.
But why are so many people converting their 4wd to 2wd? Asking bc I want to keep mine 4wd and hopefully make 700 hp but wondering if their doing this for a reason? Or do they just want the ability to burn out?

When it was auto. Put it in manual mode in 1st and hold down the traction controller button until traction and stabilitrack go off. Mine is also 2wd
