I do not like cardio, for the life of me I cannot understand how people enjoy workouts where the majority of the time one sweats profusely, needs to breath heavily, and is generally exhausted! 😅 However, I'm trying to push myself to do one once in a while just for the health and weight loss benefits of it. And this is the first cardio workout where I actually made it till the end and I'm super proud of myself! Thank you for this wonderful collection of exercises that managed to keep me - a busy, impatient, and lazy lady - engaged and entertained for the full 40mins, you're so lovely and such a talented trainer! 💓

You are so good. I do as much that I can and still enjoy a good workout. Unfortunately I became on Thanksgiving,2022 blind from my left eye and have lost a lot of my balance. I'm 71 with clean health record but this happened. I'm self motivated ; I like exercising and admire your workouts. thank you so much.. Please keep giving us more low impact workouts.Thank you.

Thank you so much Desiree. I have been absent for a while as after a 3 1/2 yrs' break I have rejoined a gym again and have been working hard and love it. Another awesome workout! Question - when doing cat and cow, do you release the low belly/abs during cow? Or should you always hold the core tight the entire time? Thanks!
Always engage in your core…even though the back is arching and the belly drops closer to the floor, we need to always support and protect our spine by keeping the core engaged. It’s the same for when we lay on our belly and do our prone exercises - when we lift up into a back extension we have to keep our core strong to prevent any lower back discomfort! 😘💖👍🏼
