May I ask what indoor trainer you use ? Not been on a bike for over 40 plus years , don’t have much money and would like to get fit and thought I would start in door training first , so recommendations on the trainer would be useful. Thanks take care.

I have just checked and they are "Elite" brand... they really are very old, my mate gave them to me as I planned to shorten them to allow a Brompton bike to work on them. Another job still on my to do list. Thanks for watching and good luck with your return to cycling.
