The show runners wasted a golden opportunity to have Ruth lead a spin-off show. Have the Byrds more in the background but focus on Ruth’s story more. She could have easily carried a show on her own. What a performance. 👏
She really is good. Scary good! Her acting IQ is off the charts- and she's cute as a button. One of the most iconic television characters in recent memory.

I love how she tried to step up and take care of wyatt and three, she was tough but fair and had love deep inside her. Sad to see she died in the end but it made sense considering who she killed
Just because you're a thief doesn't mean you can't be extremely smart, charismatic and witty as a person. Plenty of ppl in bad situations who are very street smart
I feel like the show fell off big time starting in season 3 but Julia Garner's performance as Ruth (and some other decent performances) kind of held it together through to the end. Pretty bleak ending for most of the characters, but I guess that's to be expected for this type of show.

Lasted 1.3 seasons with this show. The only actor who could, you know, act beyond one note, and the only character with any rooting interest to them, and even then, only barely. I turned the crap off. I think I just got tired after 20 years of psychotic characters like Tony Soprano and Walter White. They're all one-note now. Yeah, they're assholes. The end.
While I love the "Pinkman" character, I must disagree. Absolutely not! Ruth had a big, toilet mouth and could and did back up her big, toilet mouth. Jesse Pinkman was little more than Walter's sidekick. Ruth is a tough chick. Walter, NOT Jesse, was the tough guy.
