It will help with the sloppyness if you stiffen the corners a little bit and the edge's even more but not max stiffness.
I wanna use these to make a harpoon on a car, snacks up a wheel during a race, drop it, and cause the opponent to get yanked because they are suddenly tied down
This reminds me of an old police weapon, it was a small band attatched to a beam that folds out from the front of the vehicle and wraps up the suspects axle, but i think it got banned

if they agree or not it is still used to this day in the US.
last time i heard of it, it was used in Texas and shredded the rear quarter of a mini Van, not just caught the tire.
@@Checkered-VaporwaveI believe your talking about the American “catcher net” which would lock out rear tires of a vehicle but drastically slow them down. Some states still use these but a couple have banned them as they were “more dangerous then pitting” which dosent make sense as you can control where you car slides with the net but yeah

Make a grappler style machine with the anchor pin that attaches to the back of the target plane and then it attaches to the ground with a different anchor pin

The powercoupler themselves doesn't have collision, only the connection points have collision, so tecunicaly your are shooting little shrapneles, which are connected with an invisible wire.

Edit: He did something like a trampoline.
It's actually a great video, just search for "scrapman Laser Net"
This would probably be better used against helicopters. The net only really brings things down by destroying parts that give lift or pulling it down, but even if the net does no damage it could still take down a helicopter by interfering with the blades.

(This is actually a tested method, scrapman used it for his shipping container launcher)

Day thirteen: Yzuei, you should do some Vietnam/Cold war community dogfights. You have sone a lot of WW1 WW2 and modern ones but there is a gap between them where some of my favorite aircraft emerged. There was some suer cool late prop fighters as well as even cooler early jets. After seeing the planes that your community has made for previous videos, including this one, I think they could whip up some truly awesome recreations of fighters from this era. You could do it as a live stream with the creators of the builds themselves, or fight your friends like you did with Frank on day 1. I don't care how you do it, but I would really enjoy seeing planes like this on your channel.

It's too rigid on collision, the droop is necessary to wrap around the vehicle.
However the edges should have a bit less droop than the interior to help with stability.

You can't. for smaller increments use a logic gate feeding into another logic gate.

@@zayfty6617 I generally use the or gate to or gate set up, but it can be done with any logic.
You don't need to stabilize the net, you're using way more magnets than you have any need for.

Maybe you should have reduced the number of magnets used because the net was going so fast that it kept destroying the creations rather than actually wrapping around it. 🤔
