The LOUD enchantment is great, instead of making it louder though, make it so the sounds can be heard for further, and make it sound lower (more sub-bass) and the sound duration is longer. Making it more realistic basically, would be amazing for building.

Dude, the leg enchantment could be used in a useful way, for example, releasing the head and passing through a half-block space or releasing an arm and mining something while you use the other to mine something else. Another clever use is to make your arm come off, hit a zombie and lure it away, then just take off the armor and your arm comes back.

Asthma: If you enchant your helmet with asthma, you lung capacity gets worse. You cant hold your breath as long underwater, and if you sprint for too long, you get exhausted and have to stop moving for a few seconds. Each level of enchantment makes your breath/spring capacity even lower.
Trade with any mobs: op items will trade with not op
One of these days, all of these stupid mod ideas should be made into a singular mod pack, with enchantment recipes and everything. The chaos that would be on that game would be legendary.

That last one is actually kinda good- just a few modifications and it would be perfect!
New Enchantment - Flashback.
How it works - when you get hit by a zombie you "Remember that" and when you hit him or another zombie you see a flashback of it and you deal more dmg.
For higher lvl of this enchantment you can see more flashbacks at once or the time stops and you see multiple flashbacks one after another after you saw all flashbacks time resumes and you deal more dmg, for example half a heart per flashback and you also get "Mental dmg" like half the dmg you got in flash back, when you kill 3 of the zombies you forget 1 flashback with them when you die from flashback you are gonna "forget your spawn point" and respawn in place that you have never visited.
Make so if you get hit by zombie it wont give flashbacks of it when you hit skeleton or any other type of mob.
The enchant "I MUST JUMP" should've been called "Curse of Hopping"
