Hey, I just got this same model kayak. I (male, 85 kg, 177 cm height) find it quite difficult to squeeze in and get out. Is this by design (to allow more control), or is this a kayak designed for lighter/shorter paddlers?
Hi, I'm little over 180cm about the same weight and I'd say our size is max for this kayak however I found it extremely fun to be tight-seated in the kayak, feels way more stable in the water unlike the experience of a canoe styled kayaks where you sit basically on a bench, which for me was unpleasant, constantly trying to balance etc
@@jorgeluismongeblanco6933 haha don't do it, you'll love it 🙈 So is your kayak the same model? Mine was Aquarius, manufactured in Poland. Didn't know they exported them.
@@g_host98 (I have been having a hard time trying to post links to images of my kayak here). Anyway, mine looks very similar to yours. Here's mine: ruclips.net/user/shortsO-8RmyHrKyM

@@g_host98 Thank you! I am relieved, haha! (I was about to cut off the molded seat with an angle grinder, in order to get a little more space).

what kind of spray paint did you use
Hi, not sure if you're still interested 😅 but those were just a cheap enamel spray cans.
Wow amazing job.
Did you lacquer/clear coat after the paint?
nope, just buffed it
So you only scuff the gel coat, prime it and paint?
Yup, quick refresh just to start using it. I did full restoration of the bottom half about two years earlier but havent got that on video.
Whats the creme you put on it?
hey, it's farecla G3 polishing paste, regular grade
retro 90s look 🤣
