I do a quick fix on the rails under the car and get the underside of the car covered in new rubberized undercoating and get the interior sprayed with sound deadening from Second Skin Audio!

i didnt even know there was spray for sound deadening, I thought it was like a couple mm thick like matting you had to put around the car - how awesome

This is a very common question I should have answered in the video. It really isn't that much weight. I didn't even go through all the product from the video I shown.
So however much a few gallons at most weights is the added weight.

Every gallon covers about 20 sqft. Each gallon weighs about 7-9 lbs after cured.

Sound deadening and heat insulation is from second skin audio. Because I'm just refreshing the rubberized undercoatings stop layer I used SEM rubberized undercoating because the factory undercoating on the supra is so good it just need a light top coat to refresh what was there
