Dear Friends, I am so sorry to share the news that Gray Griggs, one half of Lights Follow passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sept 28. Please keep his family in your prayers and blast his music LOUDLY. Gray changed my life and from the comments and wonderful notes you all have sent us over the years I know that his writing and voice has made a lasting impact on your lives as well. I am incredibly thankful we got to make so much music together and that his legacy will continue to live on. Gray embodied the lyrics of Slow Down. He was one of the most present people i’ve ever met and he soaked in life and truly enjoyed with people he loved. Don’t leave things unsaid friends. If you have someone you’ve been meaning to text, call, go see, whatever, go make it happen when you finish this sentence. The world was incredibly lucky to have Gray for the 35 years we had him but not a day will go by that I won’t wish it was more. Gray’s last project, @generous_gods was another stroke of his brilliance . Please go check it out.

Kinda late to the party but I just started watching Terrace House yesterday and I immediately fell in love with the opening theme. I can't explain this huge feeling of nostalgia I get while listening to it but the full version here unexpectedly brought tears to my eyes, as I find this song truly beautiful. Thank you.

This is Matt of Lights Follow. I fought Gray (the other half of the band) on this part. I was like man this part is so weird and too quirky. Clearly he was right and I was wrong. I'm glad he stood his ground on it and i'm glad you like it as well!

Without him, we wouldn't have heard this song and always pretend that we were on TH. Forever he will be missed, his music will live on forever!
