In 2001 I was arrested and sectioned after being found dangling on the edge of the top of a carpark building. HI there. Yes agreed. The song and video are really good. Brings back a lot of memories too. That female staring in this video was an actress from Beverly hills 90210. i always remembered her for some reason. I guess that is one reason they become actors, they have that special thing!! I actually just saw a movie she stared in recently. She still looks great as well. Sorry can't remember the name but she played a mom to a daughter who ironically wanted to pursue acting. 2005. I had a job I hated, lived with a housemate who made my life a living hell, wasn't sure if I wanted to marry the guy I was in a long distance relationship with, had almost no friends... I longed to attend a counselling session, but my mother and sister guilt tripped me into not going, stating that I needed to snap out of it (Seriously?), and a visit to the counsellor would brand me mentally unstable for life, and the authorities could take any children I gave birth to away from me. I totally related to the characters in the video (If you've never suffered depression before, you wouldn't understand), but it took ages to get over it. Life is much better now, thank God.

I heard this song for the first time when I was only 14 years old. I had just taken part in a 1-mile national race, where I finished second with the 5.06-minute mark. At the end of the race, when I got on the bus to come home, the driver turned on the radio and I heard this music for the first time. I remember looking out the window of the bus as the raindrops trickled down the glass and looked at the race track. I was good at running, but my passion was playing football that I already did at the time. Unfortunately, I broke my leg when I was 18 at a football game. For the next four years I've been without playing football. After a lot of physical therapy and 3 leg surgeries I went back to playing federated football. Now I'm 25 and I'm a pharmacist. I continue to play football which is my joy although I know that I will never play at the highest level. At work, I'm under a lot of pressure from the boss. The money blinded him. But after all, I do not think I'm a loser. Yesterday, I was in Piccadilly circus . There was a kid there selling his own CDs and he sang this song that brought me all these memories. Today, I regret not having bought him a cd. But I am now very far to do it. That kid is fighting for his own dreams.He sang very well. If you see him, buy him a cd. This is my outburst with the internet.

I remember when I was only young, every time we got in Big Blue (our family car) my mum would turn this on as we drove down to my grandmas and granddads. I was born in 2005 and listened to it very often until 2008, when my grandad got cancer, he always told us this was his favourite song, and once the inevitable happened, this is the one. April 15th of April, 2 days before his birthday, he passed. For his funeral, this was the song playing. It's crazy how a 3 minute song can mean so much to you.

Dude yall don't even know how long I've been looking for this song. As a kid I used to listen to it all the time and (I'm still technically a kid I suppose) but all I had were fleeting memories of the words and in the end I had an epiphany of "kicked up the leaves" and then all the words flooded back. 高校で、いつも誰からも話しかけられず、敬遠されて、気を遣われてぼっちです。話を始めても、こう言ったらこう思われるかも、という被害妄想が強くて人とも話せません。ですが、いつもこの曲に励まされています。いつもちょっとは成長していると思いたいです。
私も学生の頃そういう思いを抱えながら周りに壁を作りながら過ごしていて、30代になった今でも人と話したあとは「あそこでこう言ったの変だったかな」「あんな話しなければ良かったかも」と頭の中でグルグル考えて自己嫌悪に陥ったりしています。日々落ち込んだり、今この時間みたいに好きな曲を聴いて元気を出してみたり、そんなことを繰り返しながらまぁなんとかこの歳まで過ごしてきました😂人生上がったり下がったり色々あるけど、毎日「明日はちょっとでも違う自分に」って思いながら気楽に過ごしていけたらいいよね😊

HI there. Yes agreed. The song and video are really good. Brings back a lot of memories too. That female staring in this video was an actress from Beverly hills 90210. i always remembered her for some reason. I guess that is one reason they become actors, they have that special thing!! I actually just saw a movie she stared in recently. She still looks great as well. Sorry can't remember the name but she played a mom to a daughter who ironically wanted to pursue acting. 2005. I had a job I hated, lived with a housemate who made my life a living hell, wasn't sure if I wanted to marry the guy I was in a long distance relationship with, had almost no friends... I longed to attend a counselling session, but my mother and sister guilt tripped me into not going, stating that I needed to snap out of it (Seriously?), and a visit to the counsellor would brand me mentally unstable for life, and the authorities could take any children I gave birth to away from me. I totally related to the characters in the video (If you've never suffered depression before, you wouldn't understand), but it took ages to get over it. Life is much better now, thank God.

I heard this song for the first time when I was only 14 years old.
I had just taken part in a 1-mile national race, where I finished second with the 5.06-minute mark.
At the end of the race, when I got on the bus to come home, the driver turned on the radio and I heard this music for the first time.
I remember looking out the window of the bus as the raindrops trickled down the glass and looked at the race track.
I was good at running, but my passion was playing football that I already did at the time.
Unfortunately, I broke my leg when I was 18 at a football game. For the next four years I've been without playing football. After a lot of physical therapy and 3 leg surgeries I went back to playing federated football.
Now I'm 25 and I'm a pharmacist. I continue to play football which is my joy although I know that I will never play at the highest level.
At work, I'm under a lot of pressure from the boss. The money blinded him. But after all, I do not think I'm a loser.
Yesterday, I was in Piccadilly circus . There was a kid there selling his own CDs and he sang this song that brought me all these memories. Today, I regret not having bought him a cd. But I am now very far to do it.
That kid is fighting for his own dreams.He sang very well. If you see him, buy him a cd.

I remember when I was only young, every time we got in Big Blue (our family car) my mum would turn this on as we drove down to my grandmas and granddads. I was born in 2005 and listened to it very often until 2008, when my grandad got cancer, he always told us this was his favourite song, and once the inevitable happened, this is the one. April 15th of April, 2 days before his birthday, he passed. For his funeral, this was the song playing. It's crazy how a 3 minute song can mean so much to you.

Dude yall don't even know how long I've been looking for this song. As a kid I used to listen to it all the time and (I'm still technically a kid I suppose) but all I had were fleeting memories of the words and in the end I had an epiphany of "kicked up the leaves" and then all the words flooded back. That is the best feeling
