This city needs to start actively competing for new and startup tech business with Boulder. We could beat Boulder. Fort Collins is a nicer environment and less expensive. I wish people would support the Fort Collins land use changes proposal to keep housing costs under control. By the way, I own a house in Fort Collins but I want a dynamic tech business environment.
