- The minimum recommended amount of cardio is 2.5 hours per week.
Do you meet that minimum requirement?
I don't. Because I sit most of my time at my desk at work, uni or editing videos at home. I mean you see me 5 times per week in the gym lifting some heavy weights. But sadly I'm not even doing that as intense lately anymore.
And as soon as my training finishes I rush past those cardio machines.
I know I'm not alone on that one.
All gym bros skipping stretching and cardio sessions, have to like this video
But someone has to take over as I'm skipping my own cardio session all the time and that's why I make it my mission. Doing cardio everyday for the next 14 days.
