@oaklandghosts0510 more coming! There's no problem we will all get views, we each have content style and information that makes our videos all fit and all worth watching!
Oh, thank you! I knew about the arranger mode exporting the whole arranged tracks but I didn't know it worked differently on the song views! Now that is something cool to consider indeed. Thanks!
Stem export from Arranger view... game changer for those of us that still mix/master in a DAW, but all these community features are allowing me to spend more time on the Deluge and less time in Ableton. Love it. (Also, shout out bay area, I'm over in Marin)
@@monjies ah hell ya! I’m actually up in Petaluma now! but half the guys are still in oaktown. Same here. The deluge pretty much got me entirely out of my DAW. I write/perform/and mix between the deluge and my mixer- but I still like to track everything into a proper session so I can share it with the rest of the band. They’re all still plugged in lol.
I agree that, for many, this feature is a game-changer. However, I don't use a computer for tinkering with my synths, so I am more interested in the features of the Deluge that bring it closer to a real computer-based DAW. Update 1.2 introduces a few features that are super useful for me, such as a nice way of playing with velocity on KIT tracks. Anyway, great video 👍
you can record in arranger for example audio clips. It more or less is a single stereo in "multitrack recorder". This has been available for deluge back when Rohan was coding it. I made a series called "dawluge" just youtube search it if interested.
@@williamwilsonofficial1519 I don’t *think* so… At least when you export at the song/arranger level it treats each kit/synth/audio track//etc as an individual clip/track. So drums are stereo. however, I haven’t tried exporting drums at the clip level inside a kit track yet… I’ll give it a go and report back (unless one of the devs answers first)
@@williamwilsonofficial1519 nah unfortunately it does not, I've brought this up with a dev. Their aim is to work on this. Don't get me wrong: stem export is fantastic, however my kits tend to be huge, and having to render these out manually is a pain in the ass
@@damiangolfinopoulos9164 I suppose we can always just duplicate the kits for the number of individual pieces and solo the instruments we want on each one, thereby creating a stem for each instrument.
This has got to be one of the ugliest machines I’ve ever seen but I’m so intrigued by it that I’m gonna have to give it a shot. Will definitely get one soon. I wish they’d make an mk2 with a cleaner panel.
@@ryanhursh6322 you think so? It definitely looked more cohesive before they swapped in the OLED screen.. it looked more retro with the 7seg tube looking display but I don’t know of I could handle not having the OLED. Plus blinky lights distract me! lol. Definitely a really fantastic box tho. Really really worth every penny!
Be careful with the SD card when inserting....It sometimes takes a detour and lands inside the machine itself. Never understood the hype with Deluge, ive had 2 of them and always crash when using samples. The processor cant handle bigger sample based projects either. Its great as a midi controller tho, loved the grid
@ oof! I haven’t heard of that happening with the sd card! Yikes! I use samples pretty regularly in my projects, and don’t struggle too much.. but no really long samples and certainly not a whole bunch of long samples. It definitely starts to struggle at that point. Even more than a couple multisample instruments and you’ll start getting voices dropping. I agree tho. Awesome midi controller and sequencer! Even just for that it’s incredible.
Sorry you had crashing issues. Did you email us at the time? Deluge is incredibly stable, i'm sure we could have quickly worked out the issue in your case @197979jones
Loving this feature
It's the BEST!!!
Woo the more the merrier! Your video has different angles that i did not cover !
@@RonCavagnaro you’re too quick! Haha. Loved the velocity view video btw. I didn’t know about that..So cool! Cheers Ron!

When exporting drums can it do individual pieces of the kit or is it a stereo bounce?
