If your still having problems and nothing is working I recommend looking into Microsoft's windows 10 media creation tool. Its a long prosses but it worked for me. Just searched a RUclips video about it and it will tell you how to do it.

Sir i use bluestake for multiple times
So I turned off real time projection and the antivirus of Microsoft
And now when I uninstalled the bluestake and turn on the real time projection it's not on ,and saying that I'm using othe antivirus provider
But I'm not
