- In this mini-session, we invoke for Divine protection while running shields and healing energy. This is a great one to use daily, when feeling uneasy, when feeling fearful, or when you feel you are in need of some extra protection.
Listen to it as many times as you feel drawn.
Reiki only helps, never harms. Trust your intuition!
It’s always good to drink water after receiving energy healing to help integrate the energy!
The music is playing in the background and is separate from the healing.
You do not need headphones to listen. Just press play and receive the energy.
I do not recommend driving or operating heavy machinery while receiving energy healing because everyone is impacted differently.

This was just what I really needed, I just finished my Full Moon release and when I watched this video, the Reiki just flowed in and around me like a ball of light, and it felt like I was hugged from all sides.
