- This is Susan with www.blendedinsight.com and this is Reiki to Raise Your Vibration. When your vibration is higher you feel a sense of peace, a sense of connection, more compassion and thing in everyday life don't seem to impact you the same way. So for this healing all you have to do is uncross your arms and legs, relax, and allow the energy to flow.
I trust Susan so much. She is one of the few energy healers I feel comfortable falling asleep to.

The reiki demon will most likely get violent and start swearing at you. ignore them and keep going. It will eventually be pushed out
