Ever since i first discovered this video I’ve learned the power of it, but there’s something about this particular time of me using it where i feel it strongly healing and protecting me. I read the comments and noticed a lot of ppl talking abt their energies feeling scrambled for whatever reason. I would like to add my bit plz. Of late I too have been feeling anxiety worry fear and I mean it has been years since I have had anxiety to where it feels like an attack. I had managed to calm it somewhat. Lately i have been clinging to these videos and tones and affirmations for all I am worth. Reiki has been wonderful. Sara McKee Hi Sara, It depends on the person and how strong they normally are. The more challenges you come across, the more you need to use it. I use it once a week to charge up my fields. I also use crystals/minerals like Black Tourmaline, Ruby, and Hematite for added energy. Blessings, Lourdes

Hi Alan, Energetic shielding protects you from negative vibes that can sap your energy and make you feel tired and fatigued. The stronger your energy frequencies, the better your feel.
