I I turned this one on while sending Rekki to my 6 year old self. It was hard she was so scared kept begging me to stay and kept saying she wanted mommy ( my parents were divorced at that time and I had an evil stepmom, I was constantly getting abused) I think this might have made the experience more emotional for me

thank you lordes! you rule. this is *extremely* powerful for me. I'm sure it triggers physical events too, to release negative things/people from my life. ive also picked up voices, in particular a small girl, who said 'thank you' very clearly before releasing. so I pass on her thanks! it even triggered distance healing in a psychic friend of mine who picked up the vibes from me!! it's overwhelming at times but I breathe through and rest afterwards. Hi janet martinez, Most people don't feel anxiety with Reiki. Perhaps it is releasing something deep inside of you that you were not aware of. If possible take a moment or two to ask yourself is there something I am afraid of. You may wish to ask your guides and angels for help and to give you signs especially if it is a hidden fear.
