I really needed this. I am transmuting all fear, all toxic energy (from my spirit, mind, body, and soul- physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, both known and unknown)and changing it to positive energy of beaming light. I am fighting the war against the abuser, with God at my side, the abuser is GONE for good - OUT! "I am DONE fearing all that he did. I am NOT the abuse, I am NOT the the fear. I am the cleverness that survived!" I welcome the light and the positive energy into my life. I deserve to live at ease, no fear - abuser IS gone!!

I want to somehow put this picture as my wallpaper is the photo infused with reiki as well I deal with a lot of anxiety and I feel this is a perfect video for me. Maybe looking at the picture all day and listening will help to remind me to use fear and anxiety as a motivation. I am 33 and I have never driven a car due to fear and I am really trying to work up the nerve to try it. I know it sounds so silly but to me it's very scary. But I am ready to just do it.
