I'm playing your trauma playlist. Something that might help the playlist is the discernment reiki and maybe the wisdom reiki. From my experience and knowing others as well, sometimes those with trauma can identify with a traumatic experience and it can blind us from the truth in the present day. But then sometimes we think we're just being overly cautious due to trauma, then end up in a bad situation. This is me at least since I had early childhood trauma where I had a hard time distinguishing what was safe, and still do at times. Just an idea! Thank you :)
